| As group leader "Material Supply", in the Sample Management & Logistics Department, you will lead a small team responsible for initiation and set-up of Clinical development as well as Marketing studies in our tracking systems. You and your team will be in charge of designing patient specific sample collection kits for all phases of clinical development. You will supply or re-supply the different sample collection materials to investigator sites to ensure good sample quality. The supply activities will take place in close co-operations with our external kit vendors. While leading, coaching and developing the group, you are responsible for planning according to priorities to keep the foreseen timelines and milestones. Besides this you will be responsible to maintain and enhance supply related processes such as order entry/maintenance, billing, material requirement planning, shipping and monitoring while achieving operational excellence in terms of quality, service level and cost. Flexibility and change agility is a must in a dynamic environment. Trouble shooting and management of unforeseen one time events are parts of the job. You will work in close collaboration with other groups of the department and partner functions in the global organization such as study management or external partners. |

Formal education in science, technical or business areas (Diploma, Master or equivalent education) At least 3 years experiences in Supply Chain Management/Logistics with focal point on Order handling and Material Management or related areas Well-organized, excellent time management with respect to priorities an self-management Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English Strong planning and tracking skills with attention to detail Proven leadership skills Knowledge in relevant regulations (e.g. GxP) is an asset
