Within our team we are looking for a new:
IT Efficiency Manager (m/f)
We offer
- Responsility for the support of the development of the IT Efficiency Management strategy and support the identification and development of specific IT effiency initiatives related to cost reduction, efficiency gains and infrastructure improvements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Leadership and coordination of smaller cost management initiatives within IT and CS, including stakeholder management and reporting
- A driving role in the analysis to understand the underlying business processes, the main cost drivers as well as cost charge / allocation mechanisms
- The responsibility to track and control relevant data and processes and report findings and project progress to IT Management
- A task to establish and maintain effective networks for driving results across Functional Areas / regions and manage stakeholder communication and involvement accordingly
You offer
- Solid educational background and at least 2-3 years working experience in a controlling or consulting function, preferably in a similar and larger organization
- Knowledge and experience in Information Technology
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, managerial and/or project management skills as an advantage
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Strong multicultural communication and presentation skills, accustomed to communicating in English, fluency in German as an advantage
- Teamspirit and the ability to build and maintain networks and manages stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excell, PowerPoint)
