| Provide application management and support, ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of one or more applications. Provide content knowledge to the management and support of the full lifecycle of solutions from execution of new projects through operation to retirement. Maintain and support the core business and informatics processes and solutions within a knowledge domain and ensure smooth interface with other areas. Apply knowledge of systems and tools and problem solving skills to the support of these processes and solutions to several levels of depth. Implement systems and monitor performance against defined standards. Maintain and develop knowledge of self and others within the technical domain. |

3-5 years of experience in SAP BW, Oracle knowledge as a plus
Prior experience in Operations in a specific technology or in another field if a non-application or technical domain
Understanding & experience with ITIL/ITSM and Project Management
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
GxP experience will be a plus
Strong technical skills, systems and requirements analysis
Previous experience in system installation and maintenance within the specific application or business domain
Experience in Informatics Service Support and Service Delivery
Ability to learn new technical concepts and systems
Multicultural and International experience and scope
Highly adaptable to change
Certification within the specific area of technology or application supported is required
Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support 24/7
