The Integration Architect is responsible for managing requirements, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application business process and collaborations needs as well as defining and designing the business as well as the technical services that are required to support the process and collaboration integrations. This person will also oversee the design and implementation of the Service Infrastructure and governance of such an environment for the Gauss.Pharma program.
Own the strategy for the Integration components of the Gauss.Pharma (Message Broker and Orchestration layers) Mentor the team on Biz and Data Service creation and best practices for existing apps and new apps. Manage the deployment and overall governance of an Enterprise Message Broker (ESB). Define the service model for business and technical services. Manage the deployment of business and technical services into service registries and management of their lifecycle, versioning, etc. Implement the business related process needs. Work with clients and Integration Design teams to document, review, and validate integration and information interchange specifications by utilizing Use Cases, functional specifications, and practical modeling languages (e.g. UML Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc.) Identifies, structures, and delivers services and web services that enable business processes. Provides individual and lead support for complex multi-system installations, large system installations with complex software applications. Determines and specifies high level approaches and modeling guidelines for system and enterprise level application solutions. Build Integration Specifications that highlight field relationships between systems, including transformation and translation requirements. |

Master in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Fluent English (written & spoken) French or German would be an advantage 10+ years of progressive experience in application design related disciplines, SOA, and Integration architectures and modeling Proven experience performing conceptual, logical, and physical service creation and implementation. Proven experience creating enterprise Integration Architectures and reference architectures. Solid understanding of ESBs, Business and Technical Service Creation, Java Implementations of the services and SOA. Solid understanding of the management of the entire service lifecycle. Solid understanding of service publications and management through Service Repositories.
