Reporting to the Assistant Manager PaSS (AM PaSS), the Intern PaSS will be part of a creative and multicultural team and will be responsible for supporting the AM PaSS in identifying and formalising business processes related to business intelligence and IT internal systems, for maintaining and enhancing the existing Passenger business intelligence tools and potentially create new tools.
Responsibilities Under the supervision of the AM PaSS, coach Passenger business teams in formalising their business processes. Responsible for the maintenance and support of the Simplifying the Business Monthly Progress Reports, CEO Reports and contact database. Identify the needs for, and create new features to existing tools and/or new tools to improve the efficiency of the passenger processes. Responsible for producing and providing all necessary documentation related to the Passenger systems (specifications, user guide, etc…). |

University degree, preferably from a Engineer or Management degree, with one year professional experience Business process knowledge & strong analytical skills Experience with IT or web applications Advanced skills in MS Excel, databases and MS Visio Advanced skills in coding software (VBA, SQL, PhP...) Flexible, well organised and can operate under pressure Fluency in English and French (other languages an asset), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with higher level stakeholders |
