Head of Operations and Process Management (f/m)
We offer
- Team leader role with overall responsibility for general operations and project support for all initiatives under the NextGen ressort/program
- Overall ownership and responsibility for financials, including monthly forecasting and reporting as well as annual budgeting
- Monitoring and approval of all financial and operational transactions in the ressort
- Management of all PMO and project quality management for the ressort
- Collection and monitoring of project metrics such as time, quality, cost, resources and risk
- Tracking and managing risk issues as well as relevant audit points
- Contract management for both onshore and offshore externals
- Overall ownership of back office support including work area, security and management control
- Contribution to task forces as required
You offer
- University degree, Master is an advantage
- Work experience within IT is an advantage
- Strong financial background
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint highly desirable
- Socially competent person with an ability to handle a steep learning curve and new challenges
- Ability to adopt new things quickly and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good skills in English and German required
- Project management as well as CS experience is an advantage
