Project and Performance Manager
Central Europe is one of the most dynamic and ambitious regions of Merck Serono.

This role will provide support to the Central Europe region and will ensure operational excellence for the region.
The incumbent will own all tasks and processes that are not TA/product-specific.

1. Planning Process; Quarterly Business reviews
- Coordinates stakeholders to ensure smooth data gathering and data analysis
- Coordinates the preparation of planning and Quarterly Business Review meetings, assuring high quality presentations and planning documents
- Responsible for the follow-up of "to do's"

2. Project Management, gatekeeping
- Initiates, steers and implements specific regional projects
- Supports the members of the region in project and process related tasks ("Centre of Excellence")
- Serves as regional project interface for other areas of the organisation

3. Regional performance and information management
- Steers, in close cooperation with Controlling and HR, costs, headcounts, progress of critical projects; assures that all relevant information is duly updated
- Is accountable for timely preparation of regular reports (e.g Monthly reports, FTE reports)
- Is accountable for quality of the Balance Score Card input
- Tracks market share development
- Tracks sales forecasting and supply chain performance
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1 year +
Languages: French : Speak Well
English : Speak / Write Fluently

University degree desirable (typically a degree in Economics/Business, Engineering or Natural Sciences)
Experience in a similar role, typically in a multinational environment
Process orientated, very well organised. Team player.
Possesses outstanding numeric skills; proficient IT user (Office, MS project)
Ability to communicate with all types of audience and obtain results within a matrix organisation
Ability to work under time pressure in a very dynamic environment
Open to cultural diversity. Excellent English (able to produce presentations, reports etc)
French and/or a language spoken in the region is an additional ass
