Provide financial control including planning, forecasting, reporting and action recommendation as well as appropriate support to management Technical Operations (TechOps) in order to ensure that the function meets its targets related to Budget, objectives set etc. Specifically: Follow-up of various TechOps projects and actively participate in such projects (e.g. site role definition, rationalization, cost comparisons), cover monthly analysis of site's performance incl. inventory and assets movements, support in definition and monitoring of Balanced Score Card (BSC) performance, liaise with manufacturing functions and sites functions closely to ensure timely, consistent and high quality reporting, support financial approval of projects (e.g. capital expenditures)
-Coordinate, analyse and provide support on manufacturing and development finance activities (incl. budgeting process, strategic planning process, quarterly business reviews etc.) -Monthly reporting and analysis on sites performance as well as on specific SPER positions -Decision preparation in collaboration with sites, TechOps Mgmt. and Finance community -Reporting and mgmt. advice in order to meet BSC and Budget targets -Development and integration of IT reporting tools -Support in a variety of projects to manufacturing/ TechOps Mgmt. and Divisional/ Corp. Controlling -Support processes for investment planning, capex applications and capex tracking -Diversified project-related work (e.g. rationalizations, cost comparisons, investments, restructurings) |

Strong technical expertise in cost accounting, financial and investment analysis Demonstrated success in matrix functions. Strong technical financial skills. Acquaintance with IAS. Knowledge of Pharma production related topics. Experience in project management. Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
