-Initiate and develop training concepts for Global Product Team (GPT) Leader, Project Manager, Line Leader and Team Member, and assure alignment with other concepts from functions and HR -Prepare and perform training for GPT Leaders, Project Managers, Line Leader and Team Members in collaboration with HR and other internal/external partners as appropriate. (Project Management, Drug Development, Leadership and social competence) -Ensure that training modules are best in class and designed specifically according to the Merck Serono needs -Promote the modules throughout the entire Merck Serono organistation -Responsible and accountable for selection of speakers and external trainers who support the trainings -Liaise with stakeholders of all Management Levels to develop Project Leadership Curriculum and Training concepts -Support the identification of Training needs for Team Leaders, Project Managers and Team Members -Support Project Management Skill exchange within Merck Serono |

-Experience as trainer, moderator or comparable experience or at least 5 years professional experience in Clinical and Non-Clinical Development in more than one function. -Preferebly experience in setting up a training center or developing new curricula. -Minimum 3 years experience as a Core Team Member in a Development Project; preferably experience as Project Leader or Project Manager -Certified trainer education or supporting educations like NLP, Transaction analysis or coaching and proven training experience in a scientific environment. -Ability to perform training concepts and run trainings in English for multicultural teams working on global projects. -Ability to moderate international workshops with participants of all hierarchical levels. -Excellent knowledge in Project Management and in Drug Development necessary; ability to quickly capture the working principle of the Merck Serono organisation and abiltity to explain it to international participants with different backgroung and level of expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills require. Training for Team Members, Project Managers and Product Team Leaders requires a strong character and ability of self-reflection. Project Leadership Trainings might lead to conflicting situations which require strong conflict resolution |
