The business point of contact for Marketing & Sales applications.
Co-ordinate the effort of the different ASP units toward the appropriate level of service on M&S applications as per the IT Service Catalogue and Service Level Agreements.
Provide design and implementation support with regards to the M&S projects.
Deliver maintenance and support services to the Siebel Applications users community.
Monitor the SLA and related OLA terms and manage the implementation of the corrective actions.
Target zero-defect applications while maintaining efficient incident resolution time.
Implement the segregation of production and development environments.
Provide technical services and functional advice on the implementation of e-business applications.
Provide code review advice when receiving Siebel Applications customisation.
Secure outstanding management of sources' code and related versioning.
Provide the technical input for defining and maintaining the development standard and guidelines.
Maintain and secure the IT Change Management processes in line with the seggregation of duty.
Co-ordinate code review based on development best practices and standard.
Pro-actively co-ordinate cross unit expertise to efficiently resolve incidents.
Analyse root cause of repetitive incidents and propose an action plan for improvement to the management. |
