| A infrastructure architect is the overall technical responsible for IT infrastructure solution construction, implementation and system integration of managed services/outtasking contracts. The customers are mainly in the small and medium business environment (SMB). The infrastructure architect is during the operation phase the main contact person for new proposals, contract extensions and optimization from the exisiting infrastructure. She/he is responsible to translate the clients business requirements into a specific IT solution (mainly infrastructure) and the cost calculation of the proposed solution. She/he must have a very high customer orientation, able to work under pressure, good negotiation skills and needs to be a reliable team player. A previous delivery role and a broad technical know-how is a desirable background. |
