The incumbent will ensure the coordination of all relocation activities necessary to bring employees in Geneva or send them out to markets, in a timely manner. He/she will ensure that all necessary updated information is shared within the HR group, the relocation services supplier and the Administration department in order to ensure a reliable service.
1. Coordinate and supervise all relocation activities with employees, the relocation services supplier, the moving company, the real estate agencies and the HR department. 2. Manages the company apartments: select them, maintains full occupancy, coordinates maintenance services, ensures administrative tasks (leases, billing, ect…). 3. Ensures the accuracy of the relocation administrative files (policy implementation, leases, rents, billing). 4. Maintains a formal communication channel with HR, legal, employees and external suppliers in order to improve adequacy, speed and quality of service. 5. Manages other relocation projects upon HR demand (process mapping, policy upgrade, etc…). |

Commercial/ Administration Diploma Experience in Real Estate management, legal implications of Real Estate mgt. Confirmed experience in relocation for a multinational company in Geneva, good knowlegde and network in geneva relocation English & French fluent, excellent verbal and written communication, project mgt and time mgt skills, computer skills Strive for quality: Constantly strives to improve the quality of products / services.
