Training WWDF Manager
The incumbent is responsible for planning and organizing all people development activities in line with WWDF people development strategies and human capital investments.

1. Identify and analyze the training needs together with HR Director hub leads and departments heads.
2. Search, evaluate and select the training sources internally and externally to satisfy the training needs in a cost efficient manner while accomplishing the learning objectives.
3. Prepare a training plan for WWDF employees to be in line with WWDF and JTI strategy and business needs. This is to be done for the whole year and updated as necessary.
4. Elaborates the training budget and responsible for its permanent control. Ensure reflection of training activities in a database.
5. Deliver training and coaching sessions as necessary. Promotes coaching activities throughout WWDF organization.
6. Adapt training sessions to WWDF organization needs. Ensure quality delivery of the sessions and search for their continuous improvement and updating. Ensure proper logistics for the participants.
7. Perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1 year +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

University Degree or Equivalent. Social studies university diploma would be an advantage.

Minimum 1 year experience in managing training function and/or 3 years experience in FMCG environment.
Experience in travel retail environment a plus.

English - required. Any other European language a plus. Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office.
