Integration/SOA Solution Architect
The Solution Architect contributes the Tibco integration expertise to the project teams. As part of the project team, the solution architect does the analysis, the design and the specification for the integration solutions appropriate for the project. This role requires both: A deep knowledge of the integration architecture principles and a pragmatic problem solving approach in order to satisfy project needs.
Besides the project work, the Solution Architect contributes significantly to the future direction of the integration architecture and also takes over responsibilities of portions of the Common Message Model (CMM) and other cross-domain artifacts.

Main tasks:
Provide integration expertise to project teams
Responsible for the Analysis, Design and Specification of EAI solutions in the context of projects.
Assist in project planning, estimation and management of integration projects
Provide training and mentoring on integration products and Enterprise Application Integration Framework
Review project integration architectures and designs to help ensure they’re consistent with overall integration architecture and technical strategy
Conduct other reviews at critical project stages
Contribute to the high-level application integration and service-oriented architecture
Contribute to the integration architecture guidelines and standards for projects
Review integration architecture and designs with business & IT
Govern, develop, maintain, distribute, and evolve the enterprise integration framework
Assist with integration vision, strategy, and roadmap
Define development guidelines and environment setup
Derive procedures for maintaining integration infrastructure
Take responsibilities for portions of the Common Message Model (CMM) and other cross-domain artifacts
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree

4+ years N-Tier programming experience
4+ years experience in distributed system and object design
5+ years OS (UNIX, Windows), programming language (Java) and DB (Oracle) experience
4+ years of hands-on TIBCO experience (primarily TIBCO BW, EMS; BusinessConnect and BusinessEvents a plus). Experience in integrating packaged applications (Siebel, SAP). Enterprise level workflow experience.

Additional Requirements: Good communication skills in English. Good interpersonal communication skills with strong ability to influence. Ability to prioritize and manage work in order to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in simplifying and standardizing complex processes and IT systems. Well organized and have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into tangible form. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Pharma industry know-how a plus but not a pre-requisite.
