The FX IT sub-department within IT IB Switzerland is currently looking for a:
FX Sales IT Team Lead (f/m)
We offer
- A challenging role as 'FX Sales IT Team Lead' for the FX IT sub-department based in Zurich
- A line management function of a product line organized IT team including resource management and project planning
- Overall responsibility to leverage our client and trading profiles to ensure Credit Suisse proactively delivers attractive product offerings to clients and targets investment and product initiatives in areas with growth potential
- Close cooperation with the front office to develop analysis tools and practices needed to achieve these goals
- Main tasks include data gathering and data mining across client sectors to pursue the ambitious goal to offer automated solutions for managing FX risk
- Definition of warehousing and reporting platforms and development and maintenance / support of the existing client reference data platforms
- Involvement in specific initiatives including Sales Dashboard, FX Overlay, Treasury Net etc.
- The possibility to define a strategic vision for the FX platform, to drive improvements in client setup workflow, to ensure consistency of client data across all aspects of the FX platform and to provide client data supporting the development of the bank's strategic FX vision
You offer
- Solid degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent track record of significant program delivery in an Investment Bank Front Office IT environment
- Strong product knowledge across multiple asset classes, developed through experience in implementing platforms for multiple business lines, ideally FX focus
- Experience of developing high performance reporting and analytics IT systems
- Professional background as line manager in large corporations
- High motivation, result and delivery orientation, flexibility and the ability to work in dynamic and fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
