To provide technical training, focusing primarily on the Front Office and Operations. To create training material. To propose new ideas and solutions for training needs of our internal clients.
Core Responsibilities: Provide technical training Design training materials and user guides Provide training solutions within the bank, with primary focus on front office and operations Work closely with all areas of the bank and Group, especially coordinate closely with Learning and Development Analyse various sources of information, including networking with different areas of the bank, to assess training needs Set up a strong knowledge database across the bank in future other entities of PBRS Remain up to date with new training and educational techniques
