Key Account Manager of HR Service Center Basel

As Key Account Manager of the Service Center in Basel you manage the interface between the HR Service Center and the HR Business Partners by delivering best services and solutions. You drive responsibility for the efficient and effective handling of a number of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management process activities within the HR Service Center. The main activities of the job are:
Single point of contract for HR Business Partners of the client groups and care for proper execution of the requests
Operational day-to-day business with Personnel Administration and Organizational Management

Commercial or equivalent education and 3-5 years of experience in the HR Administration area
Education as "Personalfachfrau/-mann" and leadership experience an additional asset
General HR know-how and experience in working in a dynamic and international company environment
Experience and efficient handling of standard IT applications (e.g. MS Office) and good knowledge of SAP R/3 HR-modules
Excellent interpersonal skills, open and flexible approach to a busy workload
Strong team player with a high customer and service orientation and the ability to multi-task without loosing the overview
Excellent written and oral language skills in English and German a must, French language skills an asset
