Senior Financial Analyst
The Finance Information Center PMI plays the sole role in the submission, verification and consolidation of PMI Affiliates Actual and Budget financial data, as well as global in market sales data. It provides support, direction and guidelines to all PMI, Regions, affiliates and market departments/groups involved in the analysis and delivery of final PMI Consolidated Financial results. The deliverables are targeted for timely preparation and accurate reporting of these financials to Senior Finance Teams of PMI, Regional Presidents, Investor Relations team of PMI, as well as PMI's Board of Directors, Shareholders and External Analysts.

The Position:

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist Manager Finance Information Center in the overall effort related to PMI Actuals/Budgets financials data and actuals/planned global in market sales data collection, processing and consolidation in PMI's global financial systems.

Major responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and process, in a timely and accurate manner, the Actuals/Budgets financials, shipment volume and global in market sales data provided by PMI Affiliates in order to allow the proper analysis of legal entities and markets performance by PMI, its regions and affiliates.
Prepare versions, variance analysis and data objects that enable the data submission, processing and consolidation.
Conduct research and analysis in order to address processing issues during consolidation and data verification, as well as provided guidance and directions to all data users by applying and keeping up to the established reporting standards.
Consolidate PMI Actuals/Budgets financial results and PMI segment share of market data, ensuring strict adherence to established rules and processes. Additionally, ensure that new business initiatives are properly interpreted and defined within the PMI management reporting and budgeting system.
Participate in specific ad-hoc projects in terms of planning, validation, preparation and execution of activities and tasks related to actuals, budgets and long range planning.

Experience: 3 years +

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, acquired in consumer products' goods company or in a multinational corporation. Ideally strong finance background in Budgeting and Reporting department.

Excellent knowledge of financial analysis techniques. Sound knowledge of accounting principals and standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to operate successfully in a multicultural environment.
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong experience of MS Office tools. Excellent analytical skills.
Strong teamwork and cooperation skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken is a must. Knowledge of another European language will be asset.
