As Business Analyst you will drive the analysis of business teams' needs in the context of clinical development and clinical operations; notably in but not restricted to clinical trial management. The analysis and specification of solutions is a joint business and informatics effort of study team representatives, business process and solution managers, business analysts, as well as technical experts, coordinated by project managers. The job owner is responsible for the transformation of business requirements into functional specifications and is in charge to keep the consistency with the overall solution(s) and clinical systems landscape. Furthermore, the business analyst supports technical solution architects with business process, requirements and functional knowledge during design and technical implementation. The support of the project delivery continues with test design and execution support, primarily of user acceptance testing. Bringing in industry best practices is desired to help designing innovative, i.e. value adding and efficient solutions. Additionally you will discuss opportunities for business process improvements and support with partners in Pharma Development, global and local medical departments in Roche's headquarter and subsidiaries. |
