The Project Manager is in charge of the Implementation phase of IS solutions. He/She manages a portfolio of projects following CIS Pharma methodology. He/She is accountable for the delivery of IS solutions, following project management KPI's: on time, on quality and on budget, and deliver the expected value. He/She co-ordinates the effort of the different CIS units toward the project commitments
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Business Analyst in the delivery of solution's Business Case. Collaborate with the Business Architect to the solution's design. Manage the project implementation and go live. Manage external contractors involved in the development of the solution Liaise with IS Infrastructure unit Secure compliance with SLA terms and maximize Customer Satisfaction on IS Pharma. Manage the relationships with the IT vendors involved in Pharma activities. Manage resource planning with technical staff.
