As part of our recognised practice area Customer Relationship Management Solutions, your role will be to leverage your current knowledge and support our clients on this ambitious journey with the following main activities:
- lead Siebel based CRM Transformation projects from analysis to implementation and roll-out
- support IBM's CRM business development activities
- continuous development of your personal knowledge base on-the-job and off-the-job
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: German : Speak Fluently
English : Speak / Write Fluently

Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in CRM package implementation space (at least 3 years with Siebel)
At least 5 years experience in Proven track record of successful CRM projects from analysis to implementation with PandL responsibility for the project
At least 5 years experience in People Management (more than 10 people)
English: Fluent. German: Intermediate.
