In this challenging position, you will be part of an international team of experts in Attraction, Sourcing and Hiring on a Corporate HR level reporting to the Corporate Head of Attraction, Sourcing and Hiring. You will design solutions and ensure implementation readiness for global projects and actively contribute to the creation of the Roche HR strategy in Attraction, Sourcing and Hiring. You are accountable for delivering best-in-class attraction, sourcing and hiring solutions and keep up-to-date with industry excellence in those fields working in partnership with the HR community both at local and corporate level. You provide high quality, focused and consistent HR service and are accountable for managing own projects portfolio and related budgets: from inception and engagement with internal stakeholders through to effective delivery and subsequent measurement of success. Additionally, you are responsible for the timely development, delivery, and co-ordination of sourcing tools that meet agreed quality standards, ensuring appropriate integration with other HR practices, products and tools. You optimize current solutions to meet business needs and you ensure that resourcing tools and solutions comply with local or global legislative and regulatory requirements. |

You have a B.A. level university degree or equivalent, typically in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development or Business. Ideally, you have a master or post degree specialization in HR. You have at least 5 years global/regional experience in recruitment and proven successes at recruiting at all levels. A consultant background would be a plus. You have lead complex projects from set up through to delivery and measurement. You are able to to work in a pressurized environment with limited direct reports, prioritize effectively and deliver quality results.You have knowledge of SAP HR or similar HR system and ideally Taleo. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus. We are looking for a proactive person who is used to a complex matrix organization and a changing environment and who can easily build up and manage relationships.
