The Pharma Site Basel Human Resources department assists line managers and employees in the Pharmaceuticals and Corporate organisations at Basel with all HR matters.
As Recruiter for Pharma Technical Operations, you will be responsible for recruiting staff to fill vacancies in technical operations including the production site vacancies. You will work closely with the responsible HR Business Partners and line managers all along the recruitment process chain and will be assisted in this task by our TALEO e-recruitment system. The position will involve preparing job advertisements, efficiently selecting the best search strategy, preselecting suitable candidates by telephone, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts and obtaining references. Along with the Head of Staffing and existing recruitment team, you will continuously improve recruitment processes and proactively seek information about the market for potential candidates in order to constantly expand our network of applicants. |

You must be a strong self-starter with good team, social and problem-solving skills and a pronounced service orientation. Furthermore, you should have an excellent understanding of human nature, an entrepreneurial mindset and good negotiating skills.
