We are a small and international team supporting our Executive in the financial parts of the Strategic Outsourcing business in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa. Strategic Outsourcing is specialised in delivering profitable, standardized, and automated IT infrastructure services based on a well balanced combination of local and global resources with focus on national and international customers.
In our department, you will work in a multilingual and multinational environment, dealing with people cross over the world. You are responsible for supporting our Senior SO Operations Manager by :
· Setting up presentations for our business reviews
· Drive forward different smaller financial projects
· Maintain management system
· Improve process efficiency and compliance across IMT |

You are used to work independently and are a open and straight forward person. You must be able and enjoy working in an international (virtual) team. Strong financial and or business administration skills as well as good presentation techniques and some experience in project mgmt are a must have.
Knowledge in Communication (local language, German and English fluent) and international Mgmt would help you doing the job.
Pre-University qualification
Basic knowledge in Excel. Basic knowledge in Power Point. Basic knowledge in Word Lotus Notes
English: Fluent. German: Fluent.
You are a student enrolled in a Swiss university or vocational school.
You possess Swiss Civil Right or a residence permit. You have completed basic studies (four semesters). |
