Reporting to the Global SAP Process Lead - Finance & P2P, this role is responsible for the support and maintenance of the current SAP system.
Responsibilities Accept incidents from the help desk and resolve via data corrections, configuration changes, or assisting the user in training; Assist champion users better understand the system and how to most efficiently use it; Test changes made by third party supplier and manage user acceptance and regression testing for these fixes and changes; identify process improvement within the SAP solution and champion these change requests. |
