Based at Roche headquarters in Basel, this role is responsible in Medical Affairs for the timely conduct of the non-registration Global Oncology program including management of a group of International Clinical Trial Managers. Responsibilities also include oversight and support to the Roche Affiliates as well as identifying areas of best practice and process improvements, with the objective of enhancing quality, productivity and efficiency of non registration programs. |

Minimum requirements include: University life science degree or nursing equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience from a Pharmaceutical Company or a Clinical Research Organization in clinical operation or clinical development. You have a significant experience in Oncology and an in depth knowledge of clinical trial management and regulatory requirements. You will have at least 3 years line management experience, and have exposure of working in complex, global matrix teams. You are experienced in working with country organisations and are fluent in written and spoken English.
