Our IT Management Accounting Team based in Zurich is currently looking for a
Global Head of Performance Controlling and Reporting (m/f)
We offer
- Management of the objective setting and performance evaluation process on the basis of the global IT Scorecard incl. identification, definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicators
- Definition and development of a new management reporting concept, including the implementation of lean reporting processes through standardisation
- Establishment of a comprehensive inventory of all management reports, including migration of the current reportings to the target landscape in close collaboration with the IT BIS project
- Management of the monthly reporting process for all management reportings on ExB level, IT Division level, Functional Area level and for defined Special reports
- Advisory and consultancy of IT senior management in business management disciplines
You offer
- Solid educational background in Economics and / or Commercial Information Technology, ideally with a graduate degree
- 10 years experience in the area of management reporting, scorecards and business intelligence projects incl. managing a global team
- Practical experience in at least some of the following subject matter areas: IT Service Management, allocations, project portfolio management, financial control
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Fluency in both German and English, both spoken and written
