Global Head of Project Management, Diagnostics Global Engineering

Diagnostics Global Engineering and Facilities is responsible for capital investment projects and real estate in a number of large sites and over 50 country organizations in Europe and North America.In this challenging position, you will be the responsible business process owner for capital investment project management. Your tasks will include:

Establishment of harmonized standards
Individual project coaching
Project audits and reviews
Project initiation
Training of project managers
Talent management
Indirect leadership of project managers and local heads of project management
Project routine controls and project controlling

You will be involved in a large number of projects at different levels (>1 to >100 Mio. CHF). You will report to the Head of Diagnostics Global Engineering and Facilities. This position requires travelling of up to 50% of the time.


		Qualifications:		Engineering Degree
		Experience:		10 years +
		Languages:		German : Speak / Write Fluently English : Speak / Write Fluently

You have a university degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the management of international construction projects.
