Head Global IT
We offer
- A challenging, varied assignment in a clearly structured, dynamic working environment
- Providing overall leadership and coordination of IT of our medium financial service boutique (approx. 300 employees) globally
- Developing and maintaining of global IT Governance, IT Strategy and IT Architecture
- Ensuring appropriate prioritization of IT development and deployment of IT resources
- Leading the areas of global IT products & services, global IT Engineering and global production control and supervising regional deployment and operating with approx. a dozen employees
- Ensuring the effective and efficient global operation of IT, based on best practice (e.g. ITIL) and ensuring that within all locations IT is maintained accurate according global and local regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for continuous improvement and quality management and budget planning for IT services and process improvement (including monitoring global performance and KPI's of IT)
- Organising, coordinating and leading the analysis of issues arising with global impact and the effective resolution of conflicts accross regions as well as leading master programes to improve IT
- Maintaining an effective relationship with the global and local IT teams, all suppliers and other support functions
You offer
- University degree or similar background within IT development and IT service management
- Excellent IT management skills and operational abilities are essentals (e.g. based on Prince 2, PMI, IPMA, ITIL Certificates)
- Knowledge of Business within Financial Services, ideally within Trust Management
- Extensive successful experience leading a global function within global financial service organisation
- Verifiable experience and competence to motivate flexible and agile teams globally
- Highly motivated and organised
- Detail-oriented whilst able to maintain the overall picture
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German (other languages are welcome) as well as outstanding presentation skills
