Head IT Institute Switzerland
We offer
- Acts as trusted advisor to key business heads for all learning and development topics for the IT Division in Switzerland and globally for IT Private Banking
- Works closely with business heads and HR Business Partners to devise learning and development initiatives
- Contributes to the development of the global IT Institute strategy
- Responsible for implementing the global IT Institute strategy in Switzerland
- Ensures the full range of technical trainings in collaboration with Managed Service Providers
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the IT Institute in Switzerland, including the management and development of a small team
- Supports budget processes in accordance with the key account priorities
You offer
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- MBA and/or degree in organizational behavior
- Solid IT background and/or long time experience in IT
- Specialist in organizational learning and people development
- Sound business acumen – demonstrates a clear understanding of IT and leadership
- Strategic and pragmatic thinker
- Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent cross-cultural group collaborator
- Strong communicator and able to connect well with people at all levels
- Flexible, agile mindset – able to work in a global, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English
