Head of Configuration Management Team (f/m)
We offer
- A very active collaboration in designing and conceptualizing our configuration management activities in our department – Global Front Solutions
- Process responsibility for all CM activities
- An active role in developing, implementing, and managing the CM processes within the department and coaching all roles involved
- Establishment and planning of CM systems, planning and reviewing changes in configuration management activities for solutions, product components and projects
- Organization and supervising of the planned CM activities as head of a CM team (4-5 people)
- Planning, coordination and performance of trainings on Configuration Management topics (e.g. new methods, concepts, artifacts)
- A variety of opportunities for personal development including further education and professional training
- A dynamic and international setting including interesting business exposure
You offer
- Degree in computer science or similar education
- Experience in the development and implementation of configuration management processes
- Experience leading a team of configuration management professionals
- Practical project and process management skills, as well as excellent conceptual capabilities
- Knowhow of development practices in distributed development environments
- Practical knowledge of versioning methodologies
- Experience of working in an international environment and as a team lead
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to take up initiatives and follow up these to implementation
- Ability of asserting oneself whilst at the same time being able to delegate tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
