Head of Global e-Marketing
Works with Lifecycle Teams (LCT) and key affiliates to develop e-Marketing strategies and tactics to enhance relationships with Healthcare Professionals, improve patient outcomes and maximise commercial performance using Internet-related technologies. Ensures that best practices in e-Marketing are integrated into Lifecycle and affiliate teams. Takes the lead in identifying and introducing new e-marketing opportunities. Acts as the expert in e-Marketing activities enhancing organisational knowledge of the role and need for e-Marketing solutions . Partners with key organisations to ensure a truly global strategy Manages overall e-Marketing planning process, in partnership with the IT department Aligns e-Marketing services with Pharma Business and Corporate goals and objectives. Key Activities:

Accountable for External Situation Analysis including competitor activities, online audiences, social networks, new trends e-share of voice etc. and to reflect the findings in internal strategies.
Accountable to develop and implement a Roche e-Marketing Planning Process with input from affiliates and PG.
Accountable to guide LCT and International Business Teams in developing appropriate e-marketing strategies and tactics to meet their business goals. Determines and manages appropriate budgets to support those activities.
Leads development of e-Plans for top 6-8 priority products in the portfolio. Leads implementation for such plans in partnership with IT and affiliates.
Accountable for training programmes and management education to increase the organisational e-Marketing knowledge in collaboration with IT.
Responsible to develop and implement global standards, policies and guidelines for marketing teams including on legal regulations, agency management, brand integrity and security.
Responsible to develop content sharing strategy and best practice exchange in partnership with affiliates and IT.
Works with IT to define needed business and technical requirements for recommended solutions
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (marketing, business, or science)
MBA
Experience: 7 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

University degree preferably in marketing, business, or science MBA is highly desirable Experience
Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing including brand management. Ideally, experience in both the US and European environment.
Experience in e-marketing
Has managed people - including recruitment and performance management of employees
Proven ability to lead virtual teams in non-hierarchical situations
Experience managing agencies and suppliers
Proven ability to drive projects at all levels in the company
Has acted as a change agent providing direction and motivation to enter into new business ventures
Has shown innovative thinking and accomplishments
