To strengthen our Engineering department, Philip Morris Products SA, based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Engineer. The successful candidate will manage complex engineering projects for building and technical infrastructure covering all aspects of project definition, evaluation, design, realization and control. In addition, the candidate will coordinate the internal and external resources that are required for the success of the approved projects within PMI policies, law requirements and official norms.
Propose and develop business rationale, scope and resource requirements for management decision and projects realization. Manage all projects activities which require coordination of multi-disciplinary and/or cross-functional technical and human resources. Manage projects from concept to implementation of modernization plans, new buildings, refurbishment, new equipment, new processes, energy savings, etc. Lead and provide technical guidance to others to ensure appropriate technical expertise to meet resource requirements and project scope. Motivate, coach and evaluate project team members; manage third party suppliers and consultants, ensure all safety procedures and coordinate with security. Interact frequently with senior management and report to steering committees. |
