Senior Business Project Manager Securities
We offer
- A highly professional and challenging position in a fast changing environment where you work closely with the Investment Banking traders, Sales and the IT-business partners
- Responsibility for successful implementation of the projects and acceptance of the solution
- Managing several tactical and strategic projects and dependencies in the securities area (equities, fixed income, derivatives products etc.)
- Overall lead and coordination of the project processes (e.g. specification, development, testing and roll-out) including communication with all stakeholders, planning, budgeting and marketing
- Act as the bridge between Business and IT and prioritise the requirements of the Business
- Work with the Business to provide solutions for their short term and strategic goals
- Oversee and report project progress, with achievements, solve issues and address issues/risks according to agreed Governance model
You offer
- Higher education in Business Administration and/or IT (university degree, HWZ, HKG, etc.) and a solid Project Manager background (> 4 years) ideally in the Trading and Sales environment
- A project management certificate would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of securities (structured products, IPO, New Issues, Equities, Fixed Income, Funds) and a solid IT background is essential
- Ability to lead groups of people and decision making processes without being the direct line manager and ability to switch between strategic big picture and daily operational business requirements
- A client-focus attitude, efficient working style and strong communication skills
- English proficiency level, German advanced level
