Senior Business Project & Team Lead (f/m)
We offer
- Responsibility for leading projects in the Private Banking Management Accounting (PB MA) department related to client profitability and client management
- Leading a team of business project managers and consultants
- Coaching/managing the project team to ensure timely delivery of high quality outputs
- Supporting and enhancing an efficient end to end project management process
- Project coordination with senior stakeholders, e.g. front units, business development, controlling, IT
- Acting as deputy of the program management
- Responsibility for specification and feasibility analysis of requirements
- Coordination and testing of technical and functional setups in Swiss and global systems
- Responsibility for training of processes and systems
- Driving and initiating projects, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the management accounting infrastructure and reporting capabilities
- Support of global strategic PB initiatives with regard to the performance management framework
- An international, dynamic and challenging environment close to the business and presence on site
You offer
- University/FH degree preferably in economics, finance or commercial information technology
- At least five years of experience in management accounting and/or consulting in a banking environment
- Profound project implementation experience is a must, preferably in the area of data warehousing and/or performance reporting
- Significant experience with managing people and projects, possibly project portfolios
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Assertiveness, drive and a self starter attitude
- Highly service- and goal-oriented personality
- Flexible team player
Excellent spoken and written German and English
