Senior Credit Spezialist, Structured Lombard Solutions
We offer
- Structuring of complex Lombard financing solutions for UHNWI (single stock lending, total return swaps, etc.)
- Analysis of and decision-making on credit applications in the structured Lombard area from a credit, financial, legal and reputational viewpoint
- Management and coordination of structured loan transactions, including consultation with Investment Banking (PB/IB deals)
- Further development of processes and methods for analyzing and monitoring structured Lombard financing solutions
- Working independently within a team of proven specialists
- Extensive authority and responsibilities

- Management of two employees (credit specialist and a junior staff member)
You offer
- Completed business-related training (Masters degree from university/university of applied sciences)
- Several years' experience as a credit specialist, preferably in the Lombard or corporate client business, or in structured finance
- Further training in financial analysis (e.g. CFA, GARP certification, etc.) desirable
- Knowledge of, or a keen interest in, the capital market
- Very good command of English and German; other languages an advantage
- Analytical skills, systematic way of working and assertiveness
- Dedication and excellent team spirit
