To strengthen our General Services Department in Lausanne, Switzerland, we are looking for a Supervisor GS Technical Building Infrastructure Data Center. Manage, organize, plan and supervise the technical infrastructure maintenance of PMI Data Centers, the activities of the technicians and external contractors in order to provide residents with an optimal working environment. Specifically, you will: Supervise and coach the General Services Technicians Team Supervise the technical infrastructure of PMI Data Centers, HVAC, electricity and security and safety installations in order to ensure that they are working perfectly and are adequately tuned to provide an optimal working environment Ensure correct usage and setting of the building automation and control systems driving the mechanical and electrical equipment in the buildings Ensure delivery of efficient and cost effective office services Ensure that maintenance contractors respect the safety and security policies strictly Provide technical support and expertise to the construction project team and supervise refurbishment projects by analyzing plans and engineering proposals as well as providing technical recommendations Issue all purchase requisitions for the technical teams. Analyze costs, search for efficiency and cost savings, Follow-up on new vendors orders and ensure that all deliveries are based on supplier delivery slips or work reports |
