Reporting to the Director, Distribution IDFS (Industry Distribution and Financial Services), the incumbent will be in charge of Customer Services strategy, IDFS Distribution business standards and IDFS products strategy.
Responsibilities Set up IDFS Customer Services Global strategy; Implement and monitor the referred strategy worldwide; Set up and implement an IDFS business model to mange day-to-day activities related to Customers; CRM strategy and governance model; Maximize IDFS products revenues and market penetration (i.e. data products and ID Cards); Work closely to the Head of Development & Performance to establish global KPIs in the Customer Service area.

University degree in business administration or related field; 5 to 8 years of work experience in travel, aviation industry; Familiarity with IATA systems, processes and Salesforce.com; Out of the box thinker, proven record of providing innovative customer solutions; Leadership skills, willingness to work in a team with pro-active approach and ability to cop with deadlines; Good PC skills, particularly in MSOffice; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of Customer Service ethics according to IATA's corporate philosophy; Must be Fluent in written and spoken English; Knowledge of another language would be an advantage. |
