University degree; 5 to 8 years of work experience in financial/IDFS operations management; Out of the box thinker, proven record of providing innovative solutions; Leadership skills, willingness to work in a team with pro-active approach and ability to cop with deadlines; Good PC skills, particularly in MSOffice; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of project management according to IATA's corporate philosophy; Must be Fluent in written and spoken English; Knowledge of another language would be an advantage. |
