Main area of responsibility Horeca World •Have a complete knowledge and understanding of the brand image, positioning and consumer target of products relevant to his responsibilities, to ensure awareness, trial, switches and eventually sales •Build and maintain a network of contacts with people who may be able to supply information so as to generate new opportunities of promotion actions •Build and maintain excellent relations with relevant HORECA owners/managers in the area, in order to become benchmark supplier within the Tobacco category •Keep up to date with new trendsetting developments within the HORECA and the target consumer segment by visiting the HORECA outlets during opening peak times •Manage BAT Vending for constant excellence in execution in signed outlets •Manage BAT sponsored Horeca’s in own area and sole contact partner •Ensure enforcement of brand integration •Ensure classification visit objectives are met within deadlines •Ensure Trial objectives are met •Events organisation, management and coordination in own area
Tools •Work within budgets •Propose materials & gadgets •Manage cigarette stocks in an efficient & cost effective manner •Use promo material stocks in a costly efficient manner •Take care of own expense sheets •Provide weekly & monthly reports

•Commercial apprenticeship, completed with a Brevet Federal, University degree or Hotel/hospitality school background •Fluent in German/Swiss German and English, French good knowledge is an asset •Ideally 2 years experience in a FMCG company (Horeca, Trade representative, Brand marketing with affinity for Horeca) •Experience in people management •Communication and presentation & selling skills •Experience in HORECA channel management, negotiation and promotions •Understand the trends of Consumer and Customer Profile (adult smoker under 30) •Able to motivate trade marketing people •Computer skills
