Your tasks:
• define and implement short, medium, and long term actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality, and productivity throughout the entire value chain
• improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environment
• create COPQ transparency and drive an efficient communication network
• generate valuable improvement projects for declining or growing market scenarios
• implement customer service measures
• support product launches
• drive and stimulate employees’ input for process improvements
• improve the on-time delivery, productivity, project management, quality, and other key hot spots
• increase the activities in low cost countries through operations and/or sourcing
• secure existing and future OpX competencies within the BU |

• MS/MBA or equivalent qualification
• at least 10 years operations experience
• extensive quality and OpX management experience
• internal consulting/auditing experience • profound know-how of managing global structures
• strong leadership and coaching skills
• strategic mind with portfolio management knowledge
• extensive QM knowledge (theories, tools, and best practices)
• fluency in English and German, written and spoken
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• analytical, systematic, and result-driven way of thinking and acting
• integrity and intercultural competence |
