The Team 'Business Analysis' is responsible for the Business/System Analysis for client facing applications (UBS e-Banking, UBS-Connect, UBS Quotes, Research and others). The field of duties encompasses requirements gathering, requirements elicitation as well as requirements testing. Our aim is to provide a state of the art e-banking solution by finalizing and leveraging the existing global e-banking solution that will be piloted abroad.
You will be expected to work with other team members on e-solutions global projects but will also be given a high degree of autonomy to work on your own tasks. In this function you will have the chance to build up your network with key stakeholders and partners across the Bank. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and integrity, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
As Business Analyst for e-Banking your main duties are:
• Analyze the business needs of e-Banking Business line, quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
• Works with client personnel to identify required changes
• Communicates needed changes to development team

• Master degree in Information Systems or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
• e-Banking based project experience would be an advantage
• Modelling Skills (Business Processes and Data Modelling)
• Experience with RUP
• Understands application programming, database and system design, Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
• Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
