To complete our Corporate Security team we are looking for a Business Continuity Manager, located in Renens. In this position, your mission is to ensure Orange Switzerland’s business continuity by working out the most efficient and effective Business Continuity solutions, in line with our business and with risk tolerance and availability requirements. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a wide range of Orange stakeholders, with the France Telecom Group and with external partners.
Your main responsibilities will be to : Develop and maintain a company wide Business Continuity Management framework Ensure that, within all Orange units, business continuity procedures & guidelines are developed and controls are in place Conduct business impact analysis to validate all critical business processes, assets and resources Develop long-term business continuity training and awareness programmes Establish and maintain a Crisis Management framework and conduct periodical crisis management test scenarios |

University degree in economical or science field At least 5 years in a business continuity planning and risk management role, ideally within a fast evolving industry Proven experience in strategy implementation and programmes definition Experience in dealing with senior management and able to present in a pragmatic way risks, plans and DRP Fluent in English, good German and / or French would be a plus.
