Business Manager (COO)

Situated in the innovation square of the EPFL in Ecublens it encompasses development and innovation projects and is a pivotal element of Credit Suisse capability development strategy. The center opens formally at the beginning of 2011.

- The opportunity to pioneer new approaches and to establish a high performance business and management function
- To be the trusted partner in building out the support structures for all incoming/new teams.
- The chance to be responsible holistically for financials, planning, project portfolio and other location related tasks
- A position to work out and drive an operational plan for the new center based and to establish a comprehensive performance management
You offer
- Degree in Technology or Business Administration
- Fluency in French (written & spoken) and very good skills in English and German
- Experience in leading edge project work and/or startup situations
- Effective communication and networking skills in an international environment
- Interest to create an collaborative, high performance enviroment for different groups of IT professionals
