The recently established CFO UBS CH organization is dedicated to support the Regional Management Committee Switzerland and particularly the CEO UBS Switzerland in all finance related questions providing reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis and consulting services. As Business- /Project Manager and team member of unit Business Management CFO UBS CH you are responsible :
- Support the head of Business Management and the CFO UBS Switzerland in business partnering with the CEO UBS Switzerland, the CEO office and the BA Heads (WM, Corporate & Institutional, Private Clients, IB, AM)
- Actively shape the regional reporting, collaboration / integrated bank delivery reporting and analysis products
- Challenge reporting and analysis provided by the BAs, with a key focus on IB Switzerland and Global AM Switzerland; partner with the respective counterparts to build up and enhance these products
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and deep dives for Region Switzerland
- Manage and drive CFO UBS Switzerland change initiatives
The role involves project leadership responsibility and requires strong self management skills to ensure timely delivery of high quality controlling services to your internal clients.

- 5 years minimum experience in Controlling / Business Analysis / Business Management / Project Mgmt
- 2-3 years leadership experience in managing projects, preferably within a global matrix organisation
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services
- IB background would be hughe asset and/or
- AM background and/or
- Credit know-how
- Strong analytical and communication skills, structured as well as proactive work approach
- Excellent command on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong presentational skills
