Cash Management Accountant
To ensure that the day to day treasury accounting function as well as the replacement for the Cash-Manager for the operating companies in Geneva are managed to high professional standards.
Reporting to
Group Treasurer Manager
Specific responsibilities
• Administration, reconciliation and accounting of Dividends.
• Accounting of netting transactions.
• Month end closing for Geneva companies from a Treasury point of view.
• ICBS (Intercompany Balance Sheet) reconciliation.
• Act as a back-up for the Cash Manager which includes:
• Ensuring Geneva companies have sufficient liquidity to meet all immediate and know funding commitments.
• Overseeing internal systems and resources to ensure efficiency and control in cash management processes.
• Forecast and streamline cash flows in order to minimise cost of funds.
• Manage liquidity to maximize interest income within acceptable risk limits.
• Minimize foreign exchange and interest rate risks through appropriate measurement and hedging techniques.
• Working closely with AP and AR functions to ensure payments and receipts processes are in line with best practice.
• Assisting in developing banking relationships.
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

• Accounting background preferably holding a recognized Accounting qualification.
• Prior cash management experience in commerce or banking sector
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems (Oracle)
