| As Consultant Informatics (m/f) you will be a valuable team member, contributing in the area of "new technologies" in the area of SAP R/3 HR (Human Resources). As a team member in an exciting Global l project to harmonize and consolidate systems into one global HR System, there is a great opportunity to provide solutions with new modules (specifically LSO) and portal capabilities. Within the project you will be working alongside Business HR specialists to analyze the requirements, design system solutions to support the new processes and implement the agreed solutions. Upon the completion of the project, making use of your expertise, you will be responsible for support and optimization of one or more HR modules/technologies. There is a scope to expand your skills and work on future projects, potentially in a lead role. |

* Successfully completed studies of economics, commercial information technology
* Approximately 3 years experience in HR SAP including ESS/MSS and LSO (SAP Learning Solution) configuration
* Specifically in the ESS/MSS Portal area, solid experience in Portal content, theme customization, translation, transport/change management, Administration (system, user, frameworkpackage)
* Additionally in the Portal area, the following would be an advantage: Portal technologies and monitoring, integration with R/3, knowledge of standard SAP packages and Webdynpro ABAP experience
* Experience in LSO configuration, Authoring environment (including managing meta data), uploading of web-based trainings and Smartforms/HR form skills
* Good understanding of functional aspects of HR and the respective business processes
* Solid SAP HR experience in general, especially in the core modules of Workforce administration an Organisational Management
* Demonstrated experience in successful global project
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office tools
* Understanding of ABAP IV programming
* Fluent in English, German desirable
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with business customers an IT specialists
* Being team oriented and ready to work in a global environment as part of a virtual team across time zones
