Customer Services Executive

This subsidiary is based in Zug; the Supply Chain department is now offering a position as Customer Services Executive.

Purpose statement
•To liaise and cooperate internally with other Departments / Stakeholders as well as external customers
•To offer customer services expertise to Account Managers / Regions

Principal accountabilities
•Issue Forecast recommendations to the Account Managers/Regions
•Respond to order enquiries/customer enquiries
•Supervising of Order/Delivery/Invoice process
•Send order confirmation to the customer
•Communicate the delivery schedule to the customer
•Stock prioritisation
•Review under/over forecast issues and raise to Account Manager & Customer Service Manager for action
•Ensure 100 % correct mapping of Product Master Data & Customer Master Data
•Coordination of prices & products from Terms of Trade database into SAP
•Maintenance of master data by deleting old/temporary SKU’s from customer sheets
•Scorecard Management for Distributors updating corresponding reporting
•Develop and maintain good working relationship and promote further collaboration between partners
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

•Previous experiences in Supply Chain (Logistics/Customer Services)
•Qualification in logistics or international Diploma or equivalent experience
•Familiar with exporting and commercial practices
•Good and confident communication/interpersonal skills are required for dealing with all levels of internal/external customers
•Accurate and organised working method
•Good computer knowledge Excel
•Advanced SAP user knowledge
•Ability to work under pressure
•Manages Strategic & Non-Strategic Customers
•Manages distributor customers and related distributor activities
•Knowledge and experience in export documentation
•Advanced analytical skills and Commercial Skills
•Advanced decision making skills
•Customer Services Mindset
•Language skills, fluent written and oral English, other languages are an asset
