The Delivery Service Manager (DSM) ARIBA is responsible for end to end service management and operational delivery for one or more services according to SLA's. He/She is:
Accountable for incident and problem management processes, release and configuration management according to ITIL. This includes continuous improvement for the management of the services. Responsible for change control procedure and processes including the management of the change control board concerning ARIBA related maintenance, ensuring that SLA's, OLA's, and underpinning Contracts are in place & considered. Responsible for service monitoring, providing regular service reports to the IM's and business clients & that system remains in a validated system (validation documentation updated/maintained, change control procedures &-tools are considered) Ensuring that communication occurs regularly between the DSM organization and its service providers and customers Giving support to the team head in carrying out DSM projects/sub-projects, e.g. by performing the related quality and resource management, effective activity controlling (costs, due dates, risks) |

5-9 years experience in Informatics, management experience with proven track record of running high performing environments Experience leading teams in a virtual environment, Inspiring & empowering leadership style - Demonstrated customer, quality, cost and delivery focus Professional IT experience in CSV, Risk Management and in the below listed technologies in operations, engineering or a combination - Experience with ITIL and in SLA monitoring/- definition, Project Management experience with focus on deployment phase / implement and use / transition phase Experience in providing Application services in a distributed environment with an geographically distributed team and good understanding of providing application services within a global user community with internal and external users - Experience in resource demand and availability planning over the course of the year Cross functional experience in application/area of service of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Distribution, Shop Floor (Manufacturing) or Laboratory. Advantageous background, but not a must: ARIBA Buyer, ARIBA Contract Workbench, ARIBA Sourcing, ARIBA Analysis, JAVA, WebLogic, AML, XML, TIBCO, HTML, ORACLE databases, UNIX Fluent in English (spoken & written)
