The Central Secretariat of ISO, based in Geneva (160 staff), is recruiting a Deputy to the Head, Human Resources (100%). Under the supervision of the Head, Human Resources, you will take part in the development of HR policies. In her absence, you will coordinate the department’s activities in order to ensure continuity of operations and quality services, in accordance with the rules and practices of our Organization. Familiar with all aspects of personnel administrative management and, in particular, recruitment, training, time, payroll, social insurance and pension fund management, you will be asked to support your colleagues or replace them during their absence.
Your main duties within the HR team will be: ■To collect data for the preparation of the annual budget and its analytical breakdown; ■To track monthly expenses and, in particular, control the payroll entries and validate mid-year forecasts; ■To monitor key indicators and different scoreboards with a view to ensuring global consistency of information; ■To work on the creation of a database of duties and skills and to perform regular benchmark comparisons through participation in market surveys; ■To provide information and advice to supervisors and staff. You will be asked to perform other duties related to the department’s assignments or to one-off projects. |

Of French or English mother tongue with a good command of the other language, you will have a School of commerce degree or equivalent qualification and at least five years’ experience in a similar position or as an administrative manager for an SME. You are proficient in the use of usual software applications.
You are dynamic, capable of multi-tasking, precise and an excellent team member. You will be able to complete your duties with a sense of autonomy, initiative and proactivity. Your organizational skills will help you successfully manage priorities. |
